According to the requirements of the legislation of the EAEU member States, a certificate of conformity (or a declaration of conformity) can only be issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the territory of the EAEU member States. Applicants can be manufacturers, suppliers, and importers on the basis of an agreement of an authorized representative office of a foreign manufacturer.

Authorized person by the manufacturer – a legal entity or individual registered as an individual entrepreneur registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union, which, on the basis of a contract with a manufacturer, including a foreign manufacturer, performs actions on behalf of this manufacturer when assessing conformity and putting products into circulation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union. Our company provides the service of a person authorized by the manufacturer in the territory of the EAEU. When providing this service, we assume the following obligations::
1) We apply for registration of a Declaration of Conformity or certification of products manufactured and supplied by the Manufacturer.
2) When receiving information about products and test reports confirming their compliance with the requirements set out in the Technical Regulations of the EAEU:
- we issue and sign Declarations of Conformity or issue a Certificate of Conformity;
-in accordance with the established procedure, we carry out registration of the Declaration of Conformity or certification of mass-produced products in an accredited certification body;
- we keep the originals of the Declaration of Conformity or Certificate of Conformity for the duration of their validity and for five years from the date of their expiration;
- provide customers who purchase products directly from the Manufacturer and its partners with information about the registered Declaration of Conformity or Certificate of Conformity;
-in case of receiving complaints confirming non-compliance of the product with the technical parameters of the specified product with the established requirements, we immediately inform the Manufacturer about this and suspend the Declaration of Conformity or Certificate of Conformity until the comments are eliminated.

Additionally, we can provide warehouses for storing certified products.
